Leicester Stands-Up was formed and is run by Anthony King
Next Public event will appear HERE.
Thanks to those who came along to The Royal Oak, Kirby Muxloe on Saturday 14th February.
The night was a sell-out and a great success with comedians, James Cook, Wil Mars, Josh Pugh, Rob Coleman, Anthony King and Alfie Moore.
(Acts are always subject to change. An equally experienced and adequate comedian will replace them if needed).
We have several private events for various clubs and societies already booked into the diary but are keen to bring comedy to any suitable venue in the county. Please contact us if you would like to discuss an event at your venue for either a private function where you sell tickets to your members only (as a lot of Rugby, Cricket and Golf Clubs do) or if you want an “open to the public” show - suitable for venues like Pubs and Restaurants.
Because our overheads are low, we can bring a stand-up show to you that is highly competitive on price as well as quality. Much like any large entertainment agency, we can bring any working act on the U.K. circuit to your venue and because we work directly with the acts our costs are lower.
We also do what no other agency does by supplying equipment (below) and a Show Manager who is present at the event from beginning to end.
In addition to a stand-up comedy show, we can provide the full P.A. equipment along with lighting and backdrop to ensure your night runs smoothly, complete with options to have incidental/dinner/interval music and dance music after the comedy show. You can also use the P.A. for presentations, raffles or speeches at your event.
